MAMATI cares it reputation for providing quality, and value both in products and services. If for any reason, the customer receives an item which is broken/ damaged, MAMATI will provide the customer with a free exchange. However any item that has been removed from its original packing will not be exchanged.
All exchanges are possible only with the bill and other documents that prove purchasing the product from MAMATI website.
All exchange requests are possible only within 14 days after receiving the order.

WANT TO EXCHANGE THE MODEL/COLOR/SIZE AFTER PURCHASING ORDER IS PLACED?
If a customer want to return a merchandise for refund due to defective items or other reasons we will issue a voucher with the similar amount for future shopping at MAMATI. Kindly note that we do not give cash refunds. Unfortunately you cannot modify the order online after the order is confirmed. However you can send a modification request within 6 Hours from the order placed to the e-mail: email@example.com your order number. Once the order is dispatched, it is possible to make necessary changes after the product has been received but the additional delivery charges will be applicable.
WANT TO EXCHANGE PURCHASED ITEM?
We guarantee to exchange any item you are not completely happy with. Exchange request can be made in 14 days after receiving the order. You can send us request by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Your right to exchange only applies to product(s) that are returned in the same condition as you received them. You should also include all of the products instructions, documents and wrappings. Any product which is damaged or not in the same condition as you received it will not be exchanged. You should therefore take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. You will not be charged for exchanging an item, but you will be responsible for the cost of delivery back the product to us. Please note that if you return the goods to us at our expense, we will be entitled to charge you for the direct cost we might incur as a result.
INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED?
In the event that an incorrect item is delivered, MAMATI will return the item back and will arrange the correct item to be delivered Free of Charge. The complaint must be made within 7 days from the item received by the customer. You can send us request by e-mail: email@example.com your order number. We are currently shipping in UAE only (due to the courier restrictions for international deliveries) to all of our UAE customers within 2 – 4 working days. Our Delivery Company ARAMEX will contact you to arrange delivery at your convenience. Kindly note that we offer Delivery service within Major City limits. Any territory beyond the city limits will fall outside the delivery parameter and we would kindly ask you to pick up your orders from the nearest Courier Company office.
You can return the product which is unworn and in resalable condition for a voucher that can be used to purchase anything from MAMATI in future.
Please ensure that all original tags, labels, and packaging are intact. Remember; please try on shoes indoors in a carpeted area before wearing them out to ensure you do not scratch the soles.
